Outline (in English)

The purpose of this course is to learn the historical background of the gastronomic culture of France. The goals of this course are to understand this culture and have own view through studying and discussion.
Students will be expected to read the references as below. Your study time will be more than 2 hours for a class.
Final grade will be calculated according to the following process:
in-class contribution(50%) and term-end report(50%).
