Class time is divided equally among 5 units of the 1st half of the textbook and each unit will be covered in 2 weeks. In the 2nd week, after completing each unit, students will spend time discussing/debating the topics introduced in that unit. A paragraph writing assignment will also be given based on the topics in selected units allowing the students to express their opinions in writing. There will be periodic quizzes on material studied. Students will give a short presentation at the end of the term.
