Outline (in English)

This course deals with people's careers in everyday life, especially, family life and marital relationship and parent-children relationship. Relationship between men and women before marriage is also discussed. Students think of how these relationships are related with individuals' careers in historical contexts and social and cultural backgrounds. Learning objective of this course is to consider career design about family life. Learning activities outside of classroom are homework and preparation (about 4 hours per class). Grading criteria are composed of class participation and reports 50% and final exam 50%.
