Outline (in English)

*Course outline
The purpose of this course is to understand the history, significance, and challenges of stock companies in relation to people's careers.
*Learning Objectives
The goal of this class is to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of basic knowledge about corporations such as the listed companies, while relating it to career studies.
*Learning activities outside of classroom
Students are encouraged to take an interest in the trends surrounding companies, for example by reading newspapers. Your required study time is at least 4 hours for each class meeting.
*Grading Criteria
Your overall grade in the class will be decided based on the following.
Quiz and short reports: 10%, Term-end examination: 90%.
