Outline (in English)

Lifelong learning has been carried on through our work in life, which has existed long before school education has started. In this class, participants will learn the essence and significance of lifelong learning and social education. Also, we will learn the institutional development of lifelong learning and will deepen understanding of basics in home education, school education and social education.
By the end of the course, students should be able to do the followings: understanding of basics in home education, school education and social education.
Before each class meeting, students will be expected to have read the relevant chapter from the text. Your required study time is at least two hours for each class meeting.
Your overall grade in the class will be decided based on the following Short reports : 80%、in class contribution: 20%.
