Outline (in English)

The main purpose of this class is to acquire basic knowledge about quantitative research method and develop skills to conduct quantitative studies concerning career development.

Learning Objectives:
・Understand basics of quantitative methodologies
・Know how to analyze data by using statistical methods
・Develop skills to design and plan own research projects


Learning activities outside of classroom:

Students are expected not only to actively participate in class but also engage in academic activities outside of the classroom.

Grading Criteria /Policy:

50 points (%) for participation, class assignments, and group activities
50 points (%) for mid-term and/or final papers
