Outline (in English)
We will practice all four skills in this course but more focus is given on improving your speaking skills. In groups, you will discuss interesting and slightly more complex topics such as Geography, Education and Behavior. You are expected to do homework at home. It is essential that you participate actively in all tasks especially pair and group work. Therefore, your physical presence in the classroom is necessary and absenteeism is discouraged. Attendance is required to pass this course.

学生の意見等からの気づきChanges following student comments
Based on my own course reflections, the One-Minute Speech students did in groups at the beginning of each class last year took too much time. Therefore, completing important parts of the lessons became challenging. This is the reason we will not do it this year.
学生が準備すべき機器他Equipment student needs to prepare
Bring a notebook and a dictionary to class. Do not forget your textbook, we will use it everyday. Check Hoppii for announcements and learning resources before coming to class.
