Outline (in English)

Objectives of this class are to acquire broad knowledge of digital information society, and digital information technologies which support the digital information society.

 Students are expected to download the materials in the learning support system and prepare for and review them. The standard preparation and review time for this class is 2 hours each.

Distribution.
 Normal score: 10%, Final exam: 50%, Report: 40%.

Grading Criteria
 Normal scores will be based on your active participation in class, including questions.
 Reports are to be submitted by the deadline (the first class day after the winter break), as the theme will be explained in the class before the winter break.
 The final exam will be a written exam. The scope of the exam will be the scope of the class. Students who achieve at least 60% of the objectives of this class based on this grading method will be considered to have passed the class.
