Outline (in English)

The purpose of this class is to learn advanced career theories and to think about your career development through interactions with guest-speakers who have diverse backgrounds: career, jobs, positions, occupations, and industries. They will talk about not only their careers but the lives overall, and you will be able to learn a lot from them.

Learning objectives
Students who complete the course will be expected to:
(1) be able to communicate and exchange views with working people (guests) in an adequate manner,
(2) begin preparation for job-hunting (including visiting OBs & OGs and internships) initiatively as the first step for lifelong career development/management.

Learning activities outside of classroom
Assignments (that include reaction papers, readings, small reports, and others) will be given at the instructor's discretion.
Two hours for preparation and same hours for review may be required for each class.

Grading criteria/policy
Grading will be decided based on the mid-term or term-end examination (50%) and in-class attitudes and regular assignments (50%).
