Outline and objectives

Students will increase their skills in listening and interaction at a conversational level in English.

Goal

In this course, students will learn a variety of important conversation skills in order to develop greater fluency, accuracy and complexity in conversations. There will also be an emphasis on developing listening skills.

This course will emphasize group discussions, quizzes, and video listening and writing exercises. Student feedback will be given through a learning management system called Google Classroom and through face-to-face assignments.

Topic discussions building on past notions plus emotions.

Material reviewed and quiz. Follow-up listening exercise.

Topic discussion designed to reinforce this skill
