The purpose of this lecture is to learn the basics of environmental law while focusing on domestic environmental law.
This course is an introduction to environmental law as a whole, and is a 2credit course.
Because of the remarkable progress in the environmental law policy system and the frequent enactment, revision, and abolition of environmental laws and regulations, the emphasis of the lecture will be on the acquisition of the basic concepts of environmental law, taking into account the status of the latest laws and regulations and the discussion of theories.
Students will be able to understand the lecture more precisely if they have knowledge of civil law, constitutional law, administrative law and administrative remedy law.
